The Tovar team has been doing this for 2 decades! Their experience shows when it comes to selling and buying a home. They know the nuisances and they dot their “i”s and cross their “t”s. When we had multiple offers for our house they knew exactly which offer was the strongest and which offers to stay away from. They know how to show a house and how to get the buyers attention. They also were our agents when we bought our new home. We were the first to see our “dream home” out of many appointments during the weekend. They made our offer nice and strong and presented it to the sellers. Our offer was picked immediately and the rest of the appointments were cancelled.
