2 Heads are better than 1! Wait!?! WHAT in the World are Dan & Melisa doing NOW!?!

In this Edition of Sitting with Dan and Melisa, they are showing you that they literally are both working for you. In a very funny and creative visual of both of them wearing the same shirt, dubbed their “Get Along Work Shirt”.

There are over 52 people involved in a single transaction (either a purchase or sale of a home). Wow! That is a bunch of people to work on one home purchase or sale. With so many moving parts, you have to have someone who knows what they are doing to guide you through it. That’s what Dan and Melisa are…2 heads are better than 1.

Dan and Melisa start their work day in their get along shirt. They attempt doing tasks like talking on the phone, doing computer work, paperwork and even trying to get into the car. Usually they are not wearing the same shirt so they can complete all of these tasks seamlessly. Dan is the people person, showing homes, answering the tough questions, referring you to a great lender or contractor, writing the contracts and being the main contact person through the entire home buying or home selling process. All while Melisa handles all the paperwork, marketing, and computer everything. Dan and Melisa truly make a great team.
